Roomie is sought for large, bright, newly renovated apartment near Odense railway station
As my current roomie moves with his girlfriend, I am now looking for a new roomie to move in with me. I graduated from Tietgen Handelsgymasium this summer, and therefore I have sabbatical years right now. In my everyday life I work at McDonalds and train a little when I get together: PI compared to study I am not quite sure what I want, but immediately it will be something towards some economy, since I find it interesting . This is the first time I live, but I will consider myself responsible, clean and generally good at cleaning up myself. In addition, I think it is important that you can talk openly about things when you live together, if there should be something :-) The apartment is a large, bright and newly renovated apartment of 87 sqm, where there is high ceilings and great room. New kitchen, new bath, peeled floors and generally a charming apartment to be seen. It is located almost 200 meters from the railway station, and there is therefore walking or cycling distance to most of Odense. In the apartment you will get your own room, which we have measured to be about 16 sqm. There is room for both bed, desk and possibly a cozy corner if desired. In the apartment we have common areas such as living room, kitchen, hallway and bath, which I expect we both keep clean and both can use on equal footing. In terms of furnishings and furnishings, most of the apartment is furnished, and therefore you do not need to have very many furniture from home. However, the room is unfurnished when you move in, so you can put your very own touch on it. I am looking for a roomie who likes to spend time having fun with some good food, a movie every now and then and generally wants a good relationship so that one can enjoy themselves together in the daily. However, there must also be room for a closed door and that we must be able to have each of our friends visit. Rent, water and heat are around SEK 4450. In addition, electricity and the Internet every 3 months, which are not particularly expensive. However, this is still circular as I am examining it precisely and whether it has changed in relation to consumption. In relation to the deposit, there are two months' rent included if we both vacate the apartment at the same time.
