Roomie is looking for a nice apartment on fjordsgade in Odense C. As I move to Aarhus due to study, my 2 beautiful roomies stand, and are missing a new roommate. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with elevator. the apartment's 4 rooms are spread over 95m2, as well as a good sized balcony. As the apartment is newly built, there is a neat new kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a large bathroom with room for washer and dryer. In addition, there is a locked bicycle cellar and free parking for residents. Practical information: Your room will be 10.6 m2, with a storage room of 1.8 m2, which I use as a walk in closet. In the room itself there is also a built-in closet. Your rent will be at 3810, which includes everything pr. person. 3 of the walls are painted green, if you wish I would paint them white again. When moving in on 01/05, a deposit of 9500 is paid, as well as a month's rent of DKK 3810, earlier occupancy can be agreed. A little about you: It looks like you are steered because of housing support, but not a necessity. You are ready for a cozy fellowship with your roomies where a closed door is always respected. Christoffer is 23 years old and is studying physiotherapist at UCL. He spends his free time practicing sports and having fun with his girlfriend and friends. Cecilie is 22 years old and starts at the educator program at UCL after the summer holidays. Her spare time is spent on being a handball coach, and she also runs several times a week.
