Roomie is looking for a nice apartment in Odense C for 1/3!
Hello :) I am looking for a new roomie for my big, delicious apartment in Odense C. My current roomie, Simone, moves to Copenhagen, so I have to try to find someone else who can stay in her room and with me. The hard, cold facts: the apartment is 102 sqm large. Your room is about 23 sqm. We have a common living room, kitchen, hallway and balcony. Basement room with room for most things. Common laundry room with the rest of the entrance. Walking distance to facts, føtex, super bridge and the rest of the center. 1.1 km to the railway station. 4.1 km to SDU. The rent is SEK 4,462.50 per. Housing support of DKK 500 Internet is DKK 109.50. Electricity is paid quarterly (equals approximately SEK 200 per month). Deposit is 3 months rent + 1 month prepaid rent. In addition, the take-over form / allonge a 650 kr is paid via the rent. Very brief about me: I am 26 and started with 1st year of my graduate in Sport and Health at SDU. I like my house plants, baking and playing beach volleyball. I am engaged in a lot of volunteer work, have a student job and like to be social. I am therefore busy in everyday life, but looking for a roomie that also emphasizes the social high. You may be students and 24 or over.
