I seek a new tenant for half of the lease on George Street 28, 5000 Odense C per 1 / 2-2017. It is possible to move already 1 / 1-17. The apartment is 74 m2, consisting of enough Odense's longest bathroom, kitchen, hall and two large rooms of approximately 20 m2 both of which have a balcony. In addition, the apartment has a storage room that you will get half, and common laundry room, bicycle storage and common courtyards. The rent is 3852.5 per month which includes interim heat and water as well as antenna contributions. In addition, there will be costs for internet quarterly and monthly electricity expense. The monthly cost can vary according to current spending. There is a possibility for housing assistance. You get: - The perfect student housing - Unlimited rental period (you will take my roomies contract) - A huge room of approximately 20 m2 with associated balcony - Built-in closet - Beautiful plank floor - 10-15 min. by bicycle to the SDU - 3-5 min. by bicycle to the pedestrian shopping street - 5 min. walking distance to Adventure park - 5 min. by bicycle to the railway station - bus stop nearby (most buses run right past Nyborgvej / Frederiksgade as they either coming from or going to Station of the University) - Shopping options just around the corner - in other words very central - A sweet and social roomie studying at SDU (I start on the 4th semester in the new year) - Attractive, central and quiet area along the river (good running opportunities) Deposit is initially 3 months rent, but this must be mutually agreed (between "me", you and old roomie) because the room will not stand as refurbished.
