From the apartment you are within walking distance to the Veri Center, and there has just opened a new Net and Menu in Risskov Brynet, which is even closer. In addition, you are quite close to Riis Forest, a large number of bus connections run almost outside the door, and both the center and the university are in a comfortable distance by bike. If you have a car, there is also the possibility to rent a place in the underground car park. The rent is approx. DKK 5,070 incl. on heat and water. In addition, there is quarterly payment of electricity and internet. Before moving in, a deposit and prepaid rent of DKK 19,050 must also be paid.
