The apartment is located on the border between Aarhus and Risskov (less than 10 min by bike to university), and it consists of two equally large rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with access from both rooms. The apartment also has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The room will be rented for an unlimited time for a rent of DKK 4088 per. Month excl. Aconto, which is DKK 300. Furthermore, there is a moving price of DKK 15,476, which constitutes a deposit of SEK 7000, 1 month's prepaid rent + the first month's rent. You will live with me. My name is Matilde, I am 22 and for everyday I work in Risskov.
