I rent a room in my apartment on outer Nørrebro at the border with Frederiksberg! The apartment is approx. 54 sqm in total and consists of 2 bright rooms, entrance hall, kitchen (dishwasher), Copenhagen toilet, basement room and laundry room. The period will be unlimited as I prefer to seek a long-term solution. The rent is 4,500, - a month which includes water, heating, fiber net 100/100, large TV package, Viaplay total, Netflix and HBO. Further, there will be an electricity bill every 3 months, where we approx. must be 200, - aside per. month. Your room is incredibly bright and overlooks a cozy courtyard! The apartment is 5 min from a huge net as well as a great Fitnessworld. Bird box st. Located 200 m from the address and bus 250S runs almost straight from the door step. You can cycle to inner city in 10 minutes, and it takes about 6-7 min. to CBS by bike. The apartment is from 1928 and has kept its charm incredibly good (panels, door frame etc.). It is newly renovated ie. painted 2 times, the floors are sanded and new floors have been laid in the kitchen. The apartment has a bit of stucco and a few nice details here and there.
