Roomie is being searched for an apartment by Amager Strand
Are you my new roomie? I'm lucky to move to a cooperative house at Amager Strand at the start of the new year, and I'm looking for a roomie. A little about the apartment - Located on the 4th floor - The apartment is 76 m2 and your room is approx. 20-25 m2 (exact size indicated soon) - The apartment is approx. 10 minutes walk (950 m) from metro and beach. - There is a laundry basin, drying room and attic room available - There is a private small balcony in the room - The rent is 4500 kr including consumption and internet - Occupancy is 1 / 2-2018 - There is a large built-in closet in the room, where approx. . half is available Pictures of the apartment and floor plan will come running as I will be given the keys in January. A little about me I am 22 years old and studying biology at the University of Copenhagen. I spend a lot of time reading, and appreciate that there is peace in everyday life. In my spare time, I work as a waiter, go to fitness and of course I also use time with friends and family. I have grown up with 6 siblings, and I am therefore socially involved and think it's nice with people around me. I love chickpeas, chocolate and beer (necessarily not at the same time) and am huge fan of David Attenborough and his animal programs. In addition, I have over 20 plants that I consider to be my children. I've been studying Chinese before and have a lot of culture and food, so it's definitely a bonus if you can make dumplings ;-) After a long day I may need to relax alone, and therefore think that there Must be room for a closed door (this will of course be both ways) A little about you - You are a student - You are between 21-29 years old - You are non-smoker - You appreciate a clean home and help Keep common areas clean (kitchen, bathroom and entrance) - You are financially responsible - You are social and open - You can speak Danish If you think it sounds like something for you, feel free to look for a cup of coffee.
