Southwest facing room with shared kitchen family room with exit to common southwest facing balcony from the kitchen as well as this room. The rent does NOT include the monthly payment of the media license as well as the heat consumption that is paid every quarter. These expenses are split equally between the occupants of the apartment. In addition to three-month rent as a deposit, one month's prepaid rent is also paid. Write a little about yourself, what you care about, study and why you would like to live here. To live in the apartment, you must be a non-smoking and full-time student. NB there will be talks in week 34 where, if you go ahead, we will meet at a café for a non-committal talk and to see if we get together.
