Roomie is searched for apartment on a west side
We are looking for a new roomie from the period 1 / 8-2019 - 1 / 2-2020. We are two girls, Josefine and Lærke, who are looking for a new room mate when our 3rd roomie Lærke is going to high school. We live in Vestamager, a few minutes walk from the metro station. The room is about 10 square meters and can be sparsely furnished or unfurnished, depending on agreement. The apartment as a whole is 106 square meters, most of which are living room. If you have a nice coffee table, chest of drawers or some fancy art for the wall, you should be welcome to put your own stamp on the apartment. In addition, we have a basement room. We are non-smokers, but holders of a balcony that can be used for the purpose. The total rent is SEK 15,450, which we share equally between us (DKK 5,150 per person). The rent is ex-consumption and no deposit is payable upon occupancy. A little about us: We are both 19 years old and have known each other all my life. Lærke must read to nurse after summer and Josefine works as a servant. We are both very social and enjoy spending time with friends and family. As we know each other so well, we spend a lot of time together when we are at home with cooking and series, and therefore preferably our new roomie participates in the festivities. In addition, we of course always accept a closed door. We prefer that our new roomie is between 18-25, but whether you are studying or working is subordinate. Of course, regular cleaning and cleaning up is also part of the package.
