Room is about 16m2 in an 86m2 apartment in Odense C. Rent right now, but with housing support of DKK 3225 incl. account which is water, heat and Internet is 125kr per. month. Deposit is payable upon moving in and 1 month rent and on account, a total of DKK 17,325 The room is empty after 30/12 and is therefore possible to move in by arrangement after that date. There is a dishwasher and washing machine for use as needed. There is a 15 min walk or 10 min by bike to the main train station. UCL is 10 min by bike. A little about me, my name is Malene and I come from Southern Jutland but moved to Odense to read to a building engineer at UCL.
