The apartment is 58 m2 and the room that can be there is 9 m2. The apartment has a common room with kitchen and living room, and a finely-sized bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) and has a south facing balcony. In addition, the legacy is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
