Roomie is looking for an apartment in Aalborg City Center
Are you a student +23 years old and need a place to live in Aalborg from about 1/7, then read here: I am looking for a man / woman to live with me from around 1/7. The apartment is located in the center of Aalborg on Rosenlundsgade. It is 108 sqm. with large living room, kitchen with dining area (and dishwasher ??), large bathroom and two large rooms. The room rented out is approx. 20 sqm. The rent is DKK 3,900. housing subsidies. This is further incl. electricity / water / heating, laundry, internet and indbos insurance. Deposit is: DKK 11,000 which represents deposits and one month's prepaid rent. A little about me: My name is Isa and I have lived in the apartment for 1.5 years. I am 23 years old and students at UCN. I am very outgoing and like to have many balls in the air, so I generally have a busy weekday.
