Would you like to live close to the city, but still in the countryside with the nicest person (me, hehe) who gives room and freedom that we can live in the house on equal footing? :-) Only 1 km. from public transport. After several years in Copenhagen and other major cities, I have made the decision to move closer to nature and away from noise and bilos. Now I have been offered a gem in a beautiful natural area bordering on Hjerting (Sjelborg), which I expect to move into very soon. The living room is 115 sqm and is adjacent to a small riding school called Orrehøjgård. There are 2 real rooms and 1 large living room with wood-burning stove, 1 very spacious kitchen (with new appliances) and 1 spacious bathroom. You will have your own room of 10 sqm. and a storage room of approx. 3 sqm, but the whole house is for free use, so we are shared about living room, kitchen and bath and various. It can be a mega cozy place to live if you want to live a little rural but still with easy access to the city :-) About me: - 28 years - Working in the Danish Working Environment Authority as supervisor - Non-smoking, no animals, no children - Helpful, helpful and accustomed to living with others. Am down to earth and trusting ... Finally, ask if there is anything else you want to know. Otherwise, I also think that we can just meet for a chat / expectation reconciliation and see if we think we can share housing :-) I do not have any requirements for you except that you have to be trusted and responsible. I would like you to be non-smoker, but if you smoke, it must be done outside.
