Hello :) I'm looking for a sweet and social roomie who want to be students, but not a requirement. The apartment is 60 m2 and consists of a small hall, two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. In addition, there is a loft for storage. There is a washing machine in the basement which can be used free when it is available. I've even bought me a board dishwasher, which I gladly share. In the basement there is also the opportunity for secure bicycle storage. There is a garden attached to the housing complex, all tenants share. Your room is 12 m2 and with balconies looking out to the garden. The apartment is 2.8 km from Odense train station, 3.0 km from SDU, 400 m from the nearest shops (where both lies a Meny, Aldi and facts side by side). Additionally, there are now only 1.5 km from UCL, since it is moved. I myself am a happy, open and talkative girl of 21 years old, studying radiography at UCL, and has approximately 2 yrs back of my education. (More about me to the conversation). I am looking for a roommate aged 19-25 years who are ready to move into from d. 1 or May 15 The rent is 2800 kr. Incl. water and heat. In addition, there is electricity and internet, which is around 300 kr. Depending on consumption. The deposit is located at 9500 kr. Pets not allowed.
