If you need a roof over your head, and you are looking for a quiet home in a house with a garden, then take a look here! I am looking for a new roomie who will live in a beautiful newly built (2013) terraced house of 93sqm with me. I rent a room, which will be empty when you move in, and otherwise here are all the things you need such as washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. The terraced house is on 2 floors, and you will get the larger room of 15.3 sqm where we share the other common areas, as well as a lovely garden, which is REALLY nice in the summer! There is also a kitchen garden, if you have a dream to grow your own, then here is plenty of space! Here are 2 toilets so you never have to stay again because a roomie has stolen the bathroom! The house is in Aarhus / Hasselager, just on the other side of Viby. Here are good shopping conditions and bus 1A stops relatively close, which runs every 15 minutes towards the center, and if you have a car, well then we have our own carport. Unfortunately you are not allowed to have animals here, but we get regular visits from Haren Torben. We split the bills for consumption 50/50.
