Hi! I am lucky enough to be able to rent a parent apartment in a newly built apartment complex in Valby. The apartment has a beautiful light on the third floor of Copenhagen's greenest district, in the new Grønttorvet. The apartment will be finished May 1st and you can move in on June 1st (we need to make a few changes to the apartment before it is divisible). About the Apartment You will live with me, where your room is 11 m2 and has 3 built-in cupboards, where you will of course also, will have full access to all the facilities of the apartment. The apartment is 71 m2, with open kitchen family room with dishwasher, lovely bathroom with dryer and washing machine and a large south facing balcony of 8 m2. The entire apartment has underfloor heating and all windows are soundproof. There is parking, storage room, and bicycle parking in the basement + elevator from basement to attic. In addition, there is also a shared roof terrace and courtyard with a large greenhouse for free use. In addition, there are train stations within 5-10 min. walking distance (Vigerslev Allé St. and Ny Ellebjerg St.) as well as bus connections. Close to shopping, fitness and fast food. I am very active and strength trainer 3-4 times a week, therefore you just say if you lack motivation ?? Who are you? I imagine that you are a peer girl / woman who is social but also appreciates privacy. I am looking for a tenant who appreciates a cozy home where we share things. You are clean, responsible and of course always pay on time. I didn't think parties were optimal in the apartment, but of course there should be room to have friends on occasion.
