Roomie is looking for a nice apartment on Nørre Allé!
I have been fortunate enough to get my hands on a nice apartment at Nørre Allé pr. 1/11, and so I am looking for someone to move into it with me. The apartment consists of a delicious kitchen with something as luxurious as a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher (!!), as well as space to have a dining table where we can enjoy some cozy moments. The bathroom is nice big and there are also hides both washer and dryer. In addition, there is a lift, so the move-in will go smoothly. The apartment is nice light and there are two equally sized rooms of about 18-20 m2. The total rent is 9200 (DKK 4600 per nose BEFORE housing subsidy), in addition to expenses for water, heat and electricity, which is approximately DKK 600 monthly. Before moving in, we have to pay a deposit of three months rent, as well as three months prepaid rent so we will get them back again! A little about me: My name is Laura, I am 21, and I read daily on the second semester of the journalism program at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. When I don't read or write articles, I listen to various podcasts, watch series and drink beer with sweet people. I am very social but at the same time enjoy the sight of the inside of my door. About you: You are a student so we can get housing subsidies, and then I would appreciate that you are fresh on some common coziness in the apartment occasionally.
