I have been lucky enough to grab a delicious and new apartment on Engelundvej in Viby J! The apartment has two equal rooms of 12 sqm. Both of which have access to a large sunny terrace, a nice kitchen family room with fridge / freezer, oven and dishwasher, a nice bathroom with washer / dryer and an associated storage room. There are really good bus / train connections to the city center, which is only 6.5 km from the apartment. Your rent is 4200 DKK before consumption, but if you are a student, you should go to the housing support (approximately 500 SEK per person). Deposit is based on 3 x rent (12,600) + 1 month's prepaid rent (4,200) in total 16,800. Umidlbart I'm looking for a roomie from 1/6 but is flexible with the date of relocation. I come from beautiful thy and have pt. a sabbatical year to work and a trip to the United States in the spring! This summer I'm going to study a finance economist at Viby J Business Academy, and I'm very excited about it! I like to practice different types of exercise and cook delicious healthy food - but I love too much of mixed-myself candy and red wine;) I'm looking for a roomie, a girl who wants to be social and cooking together sometimes, but also one who respects a closed door.
