Are you my new roomie for a nice apartment, located just off the UNI park and only 700 meters from the pedestrian street (kaserneboulevarden 15)? It consists of two rooms, a cozy kitchen and a small bathroom. Your room (about 19 sqm) faces a shared courtyard and has its own small balcony. There is a laundry basement in the apartment complex, and there is also aconto water and heating included in the rent of 4500kr after housing support if you are a student. There will be a deposit of 11,000 (equivalent to 3 months rent). Payment of the internet is done per. quarter, but we only take that time. You will live with my little one. I am 21 years old and attend daily at Aarhus University (but in Herning), where I study Ha, Business Economics. I am always very positive and smiling and would love if we could get a cozy little home upstairs ??
