From 1 / 4-2017, we have two separate rooms available in our delicious luxury flat in Copenhagen, and are therefore looking for two new tenants. The whole apartment is on 213kvm., In 4 rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, storeroom and bathroom. The rooms we rent are respectively 8,5kvm and 9,5kvm - both with access to 150kvm common. The apartment is Værnedamsvej / Oehlenslagergade and is within a few hundred meters of the lakes, the meatpacking district, West Market, Frederiksberg Garden and Istedgade. Similarly, we have supermarket, Netto, Kiwi, Fitness World, Butcher, Wine shop, candy shops, restaurants, food court and more. The buses are 50 meters from the front door and the main railway station is at the end of the road. We have both washer and opmaskemaskine :) You are going to live with Klaus and I, along with the other new hires we find. For us it is important to have a warm home where we get each other know where everyone feels happy, customize and want to be and invite people home - we hope that you would like to contribute actively to! The rental period is for 2 years (with an option to extend, for the right tenant) The rent for the room in 8,5kvm 4.400, - (Prepaid rent + deposit; 26,400) The rent for the room in 9,5kvm 4.600, - (Prepaid rent + deposit; 27,600) we only rent out to individuals and therefore seek not few, and we want solid roomies and temporary rental is therefore not appropriate.
