My friend Anne Louise and I are looking for a new roomie in our lovely newly built apartment on Teglholmen. A little about the practicality: The apartment is 110 sqm, spread over 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen area. The kitchen area also has a large balcony overlooking the canals. There is both a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Your room is approx. 9 sqm. and is not furnished. So there is free play for the decor of your room ?? The rent will be at SEK 5350 / month, which includes consumption + internet. Occupation 1/2, rental period is max 2 years, then with possibility of extension. Deposit of SEK 16,050 + 1 month prepaid rent. The apartment is a stone's throw from the inner city (if you have a good throwing hand) and even closer to the famous Fish Market Square. There are Netto, Spar as well as bus and port buses just around the corner, and Irma and Fitness World in the area. In addition, there is only a very short walk to the brickworks, where you can enjoy a drink or some street food in their beach bar for summer when you have struggled through the winter depression ?? A little about us: Anne Louise is 23 and reads information studies at KU. She mastered a good, homemade bearnaise, and if you've always wanted a free psychologist, it's Anne you need to get to.
