I'm looking for a new roomie for a room in Aarhus C with takeover d.01 / 08-18. The apartment is located in Friskoparken on Daugbjergvej and is a total of 52 sqm. It consists of shared kitchen and bathroom and 2 rooms, of which your room is 14 sqm. The rent is 4075, - incl. water, heat. In addition, electricity, home insurance and internet are included. The price is without housing support. I'm a student, and you expect me to be. Also, students are after the summer holidays, so we have the possibility of housing support. There are many students in the complex and there is plenty of fun on the lawn in the summer. There is a storage room attached to the apartment and a shared laundry room, which is used by all apartments in the block. The apartments are built in 2008, so all the furniture is relatively new and is well maintained. The apartment is 2 min from a Føtex, Net and VIA campus c.
