Roomie is looking for a large room in central Aarhus from 1 / 01-2020. 1/12 a really nice 3-room apartment of 72 sqm. located in Marstrandsgade, but lack one to share it with ?? As seen in the floor plan, the apartment consists of 2 equally sized rooms, a bath and a kitchen-dining room with nice space. Everything will be newly renovated upon occupancy, which means new kitchen, bath and general renewal in the apartment. The rooms are approx. 16 sqm with a large window area, high ceilings and a nice stucco ceiling. The apartment includes a bicycle shed, a laundry cellar and a small cozy courtyard with tables / benches, which are free to use. You will live with me, 20 years and most often with a smile on your face. I am starting my education as a florist, which means I have a completely normal 37-hour work week. When I'm not working, I like to see my girlfriends, friends and family. I'm happy to go out and experience something, but I'm also really happy to have fun at home - freshly baked muffins or something else you will get to experience. I hope and expect that you will help create a place where we both feel at home.
