I'm looking for a female roomie for my 3 bedroom apartment, moving in on February 1, when my girlfriend moves with her boyfriend. The apartment is located in the lovely Øgadekvarter with 5-10 min on the go to the nearest shopping and 5 min to the eastern plantation. In addition, there is no more a 2 min on the go to the nearest bus and 15-20 min by bike to the university. The apartment is an old charming light apartment with stucco and wooden floors of 77 sqm. You will have your own bright room with a piece of approx. 10 sqm (about the same size as my own) and in addition, kitchen, bath and the lovely bright living room will be shared and for free use. In the basement there is a shared washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a basement for the apartment and outside there is a common courtyard. I want to find a female tenant that will help create a common home. I want to be social and want a roomie interested in nights on the couch with Friends and shared dining, but always respects a closed door, as I myself need to charge the batteries alone.
