Roomie is being searched for Åhusene, Aarhus C - possibility for relocation from 1 September
As my current roomie moves to Copenhagen, I'm looking for a student between the ages of 20-24 to share my apartment with. I do not have a lot of demands, but I would like you to be non-smoker. I have a 3-room apartment of a total of 69m2 in Åhus, and there is possibility of moving either. 1.09.2017 or 1.10.2017. The apartment consists of 2 single rooms, kitchen / living room and bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition, there is a 9m2 balcony to the apartment, located on the 5th floor. The rent is 5.075 kr incl. A conto consumption. However, this is without housing support, which can be applied for students. Upon deduction, prepaid rent is paid at 3 months + deposit (3 month rent) = 27,900
