Roomie is looking for a 4 bedroom apartment in Brondby Strand!
Hi, I rent a room in a 4 bedroom apartment in Brondby Strand, which is a 7 min walk from Brondby Strand station. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood opposite an elderly center, so there is never noise or noise. In the apartment there are three rooms, a bathroom with washer and dryer, kitchen / living room with dishwasher, fridge and freezer etc. Your room is at the end of the hallway, just in front of the living room. The room is about 12 square meters, with built-in closet. There are a total of 3 tall cabinets which can be seen in the picture. In the apartment there is also a large balcony, which is connected to my room, but is always for free use. Especially in the summer when you can sunbathe. The rent is at 5000 kr. with everything incl. (Also internet) A deposit of 5000 kr is required. Plus 2 months rent, which is a total of 15,000 (The first and last month of the rent is then paid). Date of occupation 1/12 (Preferably before) or by appointment. The roomie should preferably meet these requirements: - Age: 18-25 years - Gender: Equally - Quiet and calm - Tidy A little about me: I am a girl of 19 years who became a student in the summer and is currently holding a sabbatical. My boyfriend is sometimes there too, but does not live there and so my little sister of 16 years lives here as well, but is here approx. every other weekend. I am a very quiet and calm person who enjoys cozying up at home when I am free or drinking a cup of coffee with my girlfriends. There is still a bit of lack of TV furniture and some decoration in the apartment, but I have to make sure that it does. The only thing you have to take care of yourself is things for your room.
