Roomie wanted for 4-room apartment in Amager from 1 September.
Hi every one! Since Cezary and I have just finished our master's degree, we have applied to Copenhagen, and have been lucky enough to get an apartment in Amager, but we need a third man/woman for our new roommate. A little about the practical first: * The rent is around 6,500 incl. (internet, electricity, heating, etc.). * Move-in from 1 September. * Deposit is 3 months' rent + one month's rent. * The room is 10 square meters. The apartment is a total of 105 square meters. * We have a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. * The apartment has a balcony. * The apartment is located around 500m from public transport and shopping. * Unlimited rental period. A little about us: Cezary (28) is a smiling and outgoing guy, and is always ready to do something together, but just as much they enjoy quiet evenings with netflix or beer and board games. You would probably think that he spends a lot of my free time sitting on tiktok or napping, it doesn't fit... he loves to be active, for example by going in and training in Fitness world. Mikkel (27) is a quiet, relaxed and creative person. He is happy that everything doesn't have to go up in flames, but that you can also enjoy yourself just by going down together and shopping. If you don't find him on the sofa or in the room, you can most likely find him in front of the coffee machine to get his fix. Together, we have spent the last 3-4 years living together and have studied the same course in Aalborg. Now that we have finished, we are ready to start a new chapter in kbh. We love to break down the door to each other and say a quick comment and then slip away again, but of course we also respect a closed door. We usually have a rule that if the door is closed you will not be disturbed, but if it is ajar everyone is welcome. We expect you, like us: * To be hygienic and respectful towards your roommates. * Gender and age are subordinate.
