Are you our new roommate? As my friend and I take over a 4-room apartment in Østerlunden in Odense of 104 sqm on 01 / 08-20, we are therefore looking for a third roommate. Since we are two girls, we would like you to be a healthy young man aged 20-24: D In addition, we would like you to either be a student or have a permanent job. We also expect you to be responsible and help keep the common areas clean. We appreciate that you are socially minded, and fresh at either joint dining or beer, wine, water and fun at times. A little about us: We are two girls of 21 (Caisa and Louise) who both start studying at UCL after the summer holidays. We are both very socially minded, and often with friends, whether out or at home. In addition, we like to go in town, enjoy a glass of wine, or just have a game night. That's why we hope you can stand to lose ;-). Practical information: Furnished apartment (not your room) Rent with consumption: DKK 3622.5 (without electricity and internet) Upon moving in, DKK 13189.5 is paid which covers the deposit and 1 month rent.
