Roomie is looking for a 3rd bedroom new living quarters in Tilst from 1/11.
I have a vacant room in newly built 3 bedroom apartment. It is within cycling distance to the city center - via the super bike path it will take approx. 15 min to get to Aarhus University. The apartment is 50 sqm, which is divided into 2 equally sized rooms, a kitchen with dining area, bath and balcony of 8 sqm. There is in the apartment both a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a small depot. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the apartment is not finished yet, I can not show pictures. However, I have a floor plan. Your monthly rent will be DKK 3800 (before any housing benefit, which is only possible when I study next summer (2020) the monthly rent includes water and heat, electricity and internet. The rent will be unlimited. The occupancy price will be DKK 11,400 (2 month deposit and 1 month prepaid rent)
