Hello out there, I'm looking for a rumbo for my 3 bedroom apartment in Aarhus C. The accommodation is located on Herningvej - few meters from the Old Town and Botanical Gardens. Despite the central location, the area is quiet and relatively quiet. As illustrated on the floor plan, there are three rooms, the least of which is designed as a common dining room. Your room faces a large, cozy and well-kept courtyard. In addition, we share an entrance hall, a nice kitchen and a bathroom with a separate shower. Generally there are high ceilings, plank floors and stucco ceilings. In the basement there is a well-organized and tidy laundry room and there is a good opportunity for bicycle parking. In addition, we have a storage room. Via the basement there is access to the courtyard. The rental price is inclusive of consumption and the internet, but assumes that we obtain housing insurance (approximately DKK 500 per resident). You must therefore be a student.
