The apartment is 101 sqm. and is still about to be built! A little about the apartment: - Your room is 11 sqm. - Monthly rent at +/- 6.400, - (including water, heating, electricity and internet) - A deposit of 25,600, - corresponding to 3 months rent + 1 prepaid rent - In the apartment there will be a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher - Shared use of kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony - Parking for bicycle and car - 5 min. walk to the station - 15 min. by train to DTU - 17 min. by train to Nørrebro St. Who I am: I am 20 years old and for daily work I work full time. My free time is spent walking in town, girlfriends, walking trips or Netflix. I am organized, an organizer, loves to cook (and eat) food and is always healthy at fun. What I'm looking for: I'm looking for a roomie aged 20-25 with a stable economy and sense of order. You must be prepared to make it our common home and therefore want to eat together and be social again and again. However, a closed door and privacy are of course accepted by both you and me.
