I am fortunate to have found a 2 bedroom apartment of 74m2, located on Trøjborg per. 1/7 2019. Therefore, I am looking for a tenant for one room of 15m2. d.1 / 8 or no later than 1/9. The apartment is located at Herluf Trollesgade, 3rd floor. The apartment consists of two rooms, kitchen, a spacious bathroom and hallway. There is a dishwasher, a laundry room in the basement as well as a storeroom and room for a bicycle. The apartment is approx. 100 m from Riisskov, close to uni, good bus connections, shopping and short distance to Århus center and the harbor. Besides the rent, I also expect to have a broadband set up, so this must also be shared between us. Who am I? My name is Helena, I am 21 years old and I grew up a bit outside Aarhus. I finished my second sabbatical year and hopefully study for a nurse, to start my studies.
