I recently got a 2 bedroom apartment of 66 square meters at Risskov Brynet ?? I even start at Aarhus University after summer, and therefore looking for a roomie who is ready for a cold beer on the balcony every now and then, but who also respects a closed door ??????? A little about the glory ?? - The room is 12 sqm and has access to the shared balcony - The apartment is on the 2nd floor. 66 sqm + balcony of 7 sqm. - There is underfloor heating in all rooms, washing / drying machine, dishwasher and storage room 8 min by bike to Aarhus University ?? 15 min by bike to inner city ?? ?? The total occupancy rate is 16800, - (deposit of 12500 and one month's prepaid rent) The rent is 4500 all incl.
