Roomie is looking for 107 sqm with balcony!
I am looking for a (basically female) roomie to share my 107sqm apartment on Frederiksgade! The room itself is 11 sqm, unfurnished, has built-in closet and exit to our balcony which has sun all afternoon / evening in summer. In the pictures you can see that there is room for a bed of eg 140x200 + possibly. desk. The apartment has a HUGE kitchen-living room / living room, large entrance, storage room, good bathroom, all in appliances, as well as both our own private balcony + a shared roof terrace for the entrance. I am 24 years old, very socially inclined and therefore I am also looking for a roomie who wants to drink a glass of vino or other good - but also with respect for a closed door, etc. :) I work full time at the advertising agency Envision, but have plans about reading a candidate at Aarhus BSS for September. Rent: 5750kr. everything incl. (5400 if we are approved for housing subsidy) Deposit DKK 30,000 Occupancy 1/4 or any. earlier. Please note: the apartment is on the 2nd floor, in the same hallway as the Golden Lion pub which is on the ground floor. The apartment faces the courtyard and is therefore undisturbed for sounds, except on Saturday night where you can hear the pub holding Karaoke-Night. So you can either choose to join, or buy a pair of earplugs for one evening of the week;)
