The apartment is right by Nørresundby Torv. It is a 2-minute walk from the Limfjord Bridge and is therefore within walking distance to Aalborg Centrum. Similarly, there is ample opportunity for bus transport to eg. Aalborg University. The apartment is +80 m2 and is on the ground floor. It consists of a large kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom and in addition 3 equally large rooms of 16 m2, one of which will be used as a common area. Your room is decorated as a dining room on the pictures. (The pictures are from previous tenants) The rent includes: Electricity, gas, water, heating, home insurance In addition, we share expenses for license and internet, approx. SEK 200 pr. person. As a roomie you get a happy girl of 20 years, hopefully starting at the medical school at Aalborg University until September. In addition, I work on weekends.
