Hi! I'm looking for roomie for my lovely apartment with a move soon. The apartment is 96 sqm and the room for rent is at approx. 10 sqm. There is a large living / common room and large open plan kitchen. The apartment is lovely light and open with plenty of closet space and associated attic space. Laundry facilities are available at the property's shared laundry. The apartment is a small 5 minute walk from public transport with 10 min to DTU and 30 min to Nørreport - and bonus! then the night buses run to Nærum all night. Close to shopping, such as Nærum Torv, Holte Midtpunkt and Lyngby Storcenter. Price 4,500 kr. / Md. incl. water, electricity, internet and TV (negotiated if water, electricity, heat rises) A little about me - I'm a smiling, outgoing girl of 20 years, enjoying friends visiting a drink and food shelter once in a while, but also appreciates pure relaxation on the couch with a good series on Netflix.
