Roomie sought in quiet neighborhood
I rent a room of 16 m2 to 3,800. The whole apartment is at total of 56 m2, consists of two rooms, a shared bathroom with washer and dryer and a communal kitchen. There is also a storage room in the basement with plenty of room and lock. The building has its own parking which is almost never full. Just across the road is a McDonalds and Netto. Facts and bus stop is also very close and it takes 10-15min to the center. The rent of 3800 includes everything (internet, insurance, payments on water and heat, Housing Benefit) except electricity bills that come every 3 months. The deposit is 10500 (3x rent without water and heat). Moving soon as possible :) I myself am 21 and studying a BSc in Digital Design (4th semester) at AU :)
