I am looking for a new roomie for a cozy apartment with occupancy about 1/5 or 1/6. The apartment is a high ground floor apartment, located on Sonnesgade, on a cul-de-sac, in a quiet entrance close to the town, the Godsbanen and the Music House. The room is 10 m2. The apartment is a 3-room apartment of 68 m2 with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a dishwasher in the apartment, and a washing machine and dryer in the basement. In the front yard there are barbecue and benches that can be used during the summer. The monthly rent is DKK 4,564, incl. Heat and water, however, without electricity and internet, which is around 200 DKK per. md. When moving in, a deposit (3 months) and prepaid rent (1 month), as well as 1st month rent - a total of DKK 21,164 must be paid. I enjoy being active, among other things with running and cycling - but is also the type that has a small collection of board games.
