The room of 14 sqm is part of a two-story, 151 square-meter, lovely light apartment with a good sized kitchen, two toilets, a bathroom and living / dining room. In the apartment there is a dishwasher and washing machine and there is a tumble dryer in the basement, where there is also a heated room for the bicycle (it is very nice especially in winter - no frozen gear), there is also common yard, shared garden and a storage room for availability. The apartment is well located in Odense V, not far from the motorway, Føtex and Lidl, literally just opposite, bus stop by bus directly to the center and uni one minute walk from the apartment. By bike there are about 25 min to SDU, 5-7 minutes to the city center and 5-7 minutes to OUH. You want to share the apartment with two men, both reading on SDU daily, they are 25 and 23 years old.
