Roomie is wanted
SEARCH ROOMIE We (Katrine Dam Nielsen and Emmeli Weber Peterson) are looking for a new roomie who can move into our 3rd room, moving in as soon as possible. We are both 21 years old and originally from Jutland, and are now trying their hand at life in the big city. Emmeli is in the process of educating herself as an educator, and Katrine hopes to enter the radiographers program this summer. We are both social people, but we also enjoy our time alone, and always respect a closed door. We don't care about the gender of our new roomie, as long as there is chemistry. The room is 8.2 m2 and the apartment is 101 m2 and is located in the living room. The entire apartment complex has been newly constructed for occupancy in December 2019. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, a lovely kitchen / dining room and a large bathroom. The apartment has a nice terrace and a small piece of grass, and a 1 * 2 m basement room. The apartment is located on Rugårdsvej in Odense C, approx. 10 minutes walk from Odense railway station, and 10 minutes walk from the heart of Odense pedestrian zone. The rent is approx. 4000, - and that is incl. aconto water and heat as well as internet. And then there is a deposit of 12334, -.
