Roomie is wanted
ROOMIE SEARCHED! If you are missing housing from 1/7, it is you we are looking for! We live in a completely new apartment on Frederiks Brygge close to Fisketorvet in Copenhagen SV. The apartment is 102 m2 and consists of 3 bright rooms and a large kitchen-living room, which is our common room where we enjoy cooking, movies, games, etc. The room that is rented is 10 m2. In addition, the apartment has a nice toilet and a larger balcony where we have a lounge sofa and barbecue. A little about us: Søren: 22 years old and currently working full time, but plans to study after summer. Søren loves to have many people around him and use the city's opportunities for various activities. Soren likes a good balance between having a lot to do, but at the same time also using the home as a free space to relax with a good series on the couch. Martin: 21 years and a student at CBS. Martin loves being active and being friends, which often results in a busy day where jobs, study and friends need to fit into the plans. When Martin is not on the move, he likes to relax at home. We are both from Funen and moved to Copenhagen last summer. Common to both of us is that we love to party on the weekends, enjoy ourselves with games, cooking or a good movie. We are very social, so we are also looking for a social and outgoing roomie. As we are very social, we love to have guests in the apartment where we can enjoy themselves. We hope this will also apply to our new roomie. Our motto is REMEMBER NOW. We are looking for this in a roomie: Gender does not matter Between 20-25 years Fixed income (Student or permanent job) Social institution Clean up after themselves. Purely practical: The rent will be DKK 5500 + account for approx. 300 DKK, but since September we will receive housing subsidy of 1000 it will go to zero.
