The apartment is located in Aarhus C, a few minutes walk from Vesterbro Torv, and is close to both the Botanical Gardens and the University Park. About the room: - Approx. 10 sqm. -Access from distribution hall and with sliding door to common living room. -Rent per month, incl. water / heat, electricity, internet and home insurance: 4390, - (with housing support the rent probably comes below 4000, -). -Taken over unfurnished but with the opportunity to buy the closet from previous tenants. The apartment is 75 sqm and contains two rooms, one of which is rented out, a small toilet and bath, kitchen and a common living room. In addition, there is a small storage room in the attic, and free laundry facilities in the basement. You will share the opportunity with me: I am a 23-year-old Northern Jew who reads dramaturgy at Aarhus University. In my spare time I love to relax on the couch, but occasionally I also play a little on my piano or my ukulele. In addition, I love a good laugh, and enjoy surrounding myself with my friends.
