Roomie sought ?? Since I have been lucky enough to get hold of a delicious apartment in Østerbro in Aalborg, I am now looking for someone to share it with. The apartment is 79 km and has two equal rooms with two large closets in each. Both rooms have a French balcony. Kitchen is in open connection with living room, where at the end is a large south-facing balcony ???? The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment as well as the possibility to control the exact temperature. Three large storage cabinets are located in the entrance. Depot room on the floor (2.) Occupancy is per. August 1, 2019 Rent: DKK 4,237.5 + electricity and internet per. Person Deposit: DKK 28,162.5 per person Person (payable no later than 1/8) Depending on whether you are a student, there is of course a possibility for a higher housing allowance. I am 21 years old and currently attend high school. I start studying after summer.
