Move in is 1/3, but there is also the possibility of moving in before. The apartment is 100 sqm, of which the room we rent is approx. 9 sqm. The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and an incredibly nice look! To the property we have a large, shared roof terrace overlooking 360 degrees around Aarhus. In addition, the apartment has a bicycle storage room, as well as storage room and: 200m to the coming light rail (and you can be in the center in 10 minutes) 150m to the bus stop with connections into the city 1 minute walk to the upcoming Rema 1000 Rent is at 4217 kr / month including water , heating and electricity - this is without housing support, however, which we intend to apply.
