I rent out my room from July 1st - October 20th when I am away and therefore look for someone who can take over my room for so long. APARTMENT: The address is Vindrosen 2, St.1 5 room apartment of 133m2, with balcony, 2 bathrooms, basement room, free parking, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. ROOM: The room that will be yours is 13m2 large. As shown in picture 1 and 2, it has a large window to the north and a French balcony to the east, so there is plenty of light. The room will be furnished with bed, bookcase, cupboard and desk unless otherwise agreed (whatever it may be). WHO ARE: We are 4 good friends who share this lovely apartment close to Risskov, the university and the sea. Jacob reads medicine, Jakob (Salmon) reads Nordic, Jonas reads finance bachelor and T (Nikolaj) is a carpenter. We are shared about the living room, the balcony and the kitchen and about one bathroom. Jonas has his own toilet. In everyday life we enjoy ourselves together, often do common eating, movie shacks in the living room and share the cleaning of the common areas. We have regular scheduled cleaning duties that we expect you to take part in. We generally keep a clean home and look for someone with the same attitude. We are between 24 and 27 years old. WHO ARE YOU: You can be tall, low, thin, thick, yes even red-haired if you want, just you are happy and outgoing and have the courage to live in a community with respect for the other residents. PRICE: The price is 3850, - pr. month The price includes water, heating, electricity, internet.
