Roomie wanted!
I rent per. March 1, 2020 a room in a cozy older mansion apartment. The apartment is 94 square meters and is centrally located in Odense with only 200 meters to the pedestrian zone and 500 meters to the railway station. The apartment consists of two smaller rooms (of which the pictures will be yours), living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a small patio that is shared with the two other apartments of the building. The rent is DKK 3,900 per person. per month, this includes consumption (water, electricity and heat) as well as internet and TV. When moving in, 3 months of prepaid rent must be paid. A little about me: I am a girl of 25 years studying law at SDU. In addition to studying, I spend my time working and having fun with friends and family. I, as a person, am happy and outgoing. I am looking for a good community where we can enjoy good cooking or a movie every now and then, but of course also with respect for a closed door. A little about you: I would like you to be a student so that we can get housing support.
