Roommate wanted! Halløøøøøj! My roomie, has unfortunately chosen to leave me from March 1 to September 1. I, Trine Thøgersen, are therefore looking for a lovely person who might want to rent a room in Aarhus N. You get to move into a cozy little apartment on Jens Baggesen's Road. The apartment is directly opposite the Fitness World, Uni is 5 minutes away on foot, and shopping center north is to find in the backyard. Going to the city center states just 6-7 min in 2a, so it's nice enough. We search for an outgoing man who is ready for some pleasant moments. Privacy must of course be respected, and it will go both ways. The practical household divided, and this we find, of course, out of the house. Personally, I'm a very outgoing person who appreciate good music and delicious food. I am 19 years old and is currently a gap year (or two) when I last summer graduated from Viby Gymnasium, where I went to music line. I'm used to an open home, with long chat, and movie nights on the couch. It would be great if you could also appreciate some roomie-fun, so we get the most out of our 6 months along. The practical: There will be a deposit of 5,000 kr, in case you want to paint your wall in a crazy color, or smash a door (which we would like to avoid;)) Since it is impossible not to get to make minor damage, you will get 4000 back when you move out (if not made major changes or damage). The apartment is 51m2 + 9m2 balcony. There are two rooms (equal), a kitchen and a bathroom. On the balcony both have their own output, but this is of course common area. There are washing / drying machine and a small dishwasher, so the housework is easily sorted. In your room there will be a wardrobe, a small drying rack and a spacious white dresser for all your stuff. Bed and whatever else you want to include must be allowed. Monthly rent: 3693 per. Muzzle This includes water and heat. There will be a utility bill every 3 months, which of course is split into two. Just as, electricity bill, there is an internet bill of 249 * 3, which is also divided into two. We have TV channels from state devices, and has therefore chosen a few channels we want to see. Is there something besides the few channels you want in TV, we order course just a channel or two more for you. Televisions are paid monthly, and thrown therefore to the rent. Depending on which channels you want to be a part of, the price is volatile, but will probably be around 100kr. Inside my room there is a TV box that allows you to rewind and pause (there is therefore something you missed on TV, you're more than welcome to watch it in my room), your room will be a TV card with card reader where you can see the selected TV channels (if you have a TV that can receive reader) Do you need to see pictures of the apartment, you have questions or you are more than welcome to write a message to us.
