I am looking for one or more roomies (either single or girlfriend) for two bright and spacious rooms in my apartment on Ågade 29, 2nd th. in Aalborg city center from 1/7 2020 and as a starting point 12 months ahead - but with the possibility of extending or taking over the apartment. The rent for you / you is at DKK 3900 including water - excluding heating contribution DKK 150. Other fixed expenses are electricity and internet, which is shared with me. The deposit is 10350 kr + one month rent. Housing allowance is approximately DKK 500 About the apartment: 79-square-foot three-bedroom mansion apartment located in the heart of Aalborg surrounded by city life and a few minutes walk to the train station, shopping and fitness centers. The apartment consists of a hallway with built-in wardrobe, from which there is access to a large kitchen, with gas stove and dishwasher, a large bathroom with shower, as well as my room, and the two large interconnecting rooms / living rooms that will be yours / yours. The rooms are not furnished, although the pictures show. Both living rooms have high ceilings, a lovely light from the large windows and an elegant stucco ceiling. The rental includes a laundry / bicycle cellar with the possibility of free use of the washer and dryer as well as a smaller storage room and shared patio. About me: I am a smiling and extroverted guy of 22, who daily reads bachelor's in Politics and Administration in 4th semester. In my spare time I work as a waiter / bartender at a café, work out for Wolt and volunteer at DJØF. In addition, I play soccer, train and spend time with friends, boyfriend and family.
