Roomie wanted !!
My roomie Jessica has moved away with her boyfriend. So I'm looking for someone to take over her room. The room costs 3100 with water and heat. Electricity, gas and internet are paid next door. It gives 3300 everything included. There is a deposit of 6200 (2 months) The room is 15 m2 and furnished. The window gives a lateral view to the Eastern plant. The apartment is a 3-room of 86m2. There are 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen and a small bathroom. The kitchen is equipped and gives access to a common backyard with green area, where there is also room for bicycles. There is free access to the washing machine and dryer in the basement. Some good things about the apartment: - The living room is large and cozy. There is enough space for shared dining and to invite friends. There is also a large television and Netflix. I also have a few aquariums and a lot of plants. - The rooms do not share a wall and the toilet is located on one side of the apartment. So it gives more peace and privacy to each other. - The bathroom is small. But it is newly renovated and comfortable and it is easy to clean. - The room can be taken over furnished as seen in pictures. You can also bring your furniture if you want. A little about me: My name is Jaime is 33 and I come from Spain. I have lived in Aalborg in this apartment for the last 4 years. Here in Aalborg I have worked as a Spanish and French teacher in primary school. Right now I have thrown myself over that student life again. I have just started reading for a radiographer at UCN. I am a laid back guy and love to talk about anything. In addition to study and some teaching hours, I spend my time on friends, ice skating, nature and do-it-yourself projects. I'm looking for a nice roomie. Your age, gender, religion, sexuality, or political attitudes really matter. Furthermore, I really appreciate that you understand what it is like to live in community. (respect-sharing-caring) If the posting catches your interest, feel free to send us a message and take a look. I will be practicing for a few months in Silkeborg, and will come by this weekend. So you will have enough alone time in the apartment to get used to it. Greetings Jaime :)
